Happyrun G60 Electric Motorbike
Since the Happyrun Tank G60 Electric Motorbike has the same specifications for the electronic components as the G50 but a stronger overall frame, suspension, and braking system, it can be thought of as an improved version of the G50. This will undoubtedly improve this motorcycle’s ability to handle rocky road surfaces and provide the rider more stability. Let’s dive into a few insights from this thorough review.
Assembling may be completed quickly because the main framework has already been built in the factory, and all the pieces have been carefully packaged before being sent to the clients. Therefore, all we need to do is: one of the front tires The light The handlebars 3. The pedals, 4. Anyone who doesn’t trust himself to assemble difficult appliances can follow the directions in a specific video from Happyrun that explains how to do it. Instead of flipping the bike over like Happyrun just demonstrated, we must figure out how to attach the front tire, which will make the process somewhat simpler.
Design and Structure
Aesthetic
The Happyrun Tank G60 is shaped like a mountain bike, but the overall shape makes me think of a dirt bike, so maybe that’s why it has “Motorbike” in the name. If you appreciate complex bike tracks, the color combination of black and brown can easily merge into the open, untamed fields. This bike definitely stands out among those electric bicycles in the city because it is unlike any of others.
Frame
The chassis is far more durable than the G50 to accommodate the off-roading experience, and the modest fall in the seat postures you forward so you’re always prepared to climb some hills or go over bumps and curbs. The seat height is not adjustable, though, like on some other motorcycles in the moped type. Since I am 5’7″/175 cm tall, for example, I can always have my feet on the ground, but if you are shorter, you might need to take this into account. Since the seat is around 23.6 inches/60 cm long, it can theoretically accommodate two adults, albeit the seat’s drop may cause some of the passenger’s weight to rest on the rider.
It is quite convenient to ride it in the city or on outdoor routes at night thanks to the headlight and taillight. Since the front light is always on, it complies quite well with local rules in many nations. Additionally, when you push the corresponding buttons on the left side of the handlebar, lights for left and right turns are imbedded in the taillight and flash. On nighttime drives, I feel really secure.
Handlebar
The huge LCD display on this bike can show the current speed, the pedal assist mode, the battery level, and the current mileage. You can see everything even in the broad sunlight because it is bright and the typeface is bold. When the bike is turned on, it will display the battery life remaining and the aggregate mileage of past rides; however, once it is moving, it will display the distance traveled thus far.
Performance
Controls
The headlight, left and right turn, horn, and a small screen that displays the battery voltage are all located on the left side of the handlebar. Every button has a straightforward design; if you press it once, a function is activated; if you press it again, the function is deactivated. The horn is loud enough for passersby to clearly hear you approaching. The throttle, pedal assist lever, and gear shifter are all easily accessible with your fingertips on the right. Additionally, the responses are quite logical.
The Happyrun Tank G60 has a lockable, replaceable battery with a 48V 18Ah and 864Wh capacity. That is a practical setup for transportable battery recharge without having to move the bike. The battery charges in a reasonable amount of time—between 5 and 6 hours. The midsection of the bike’s frame houses the battery pack.
Power
Class 3 electric bike, Happyrun Tank G60, has a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h). With its moped-like shape and strong 750W motor (1500W max output), it can traverse any terrain, including regular city streets, urban areas, and even muddy outdoor routes.
Riding Experience
The tester is 5’7″ and weighs 152 pounds. We generally rode this bike on city streets, and it worked flawlessly. When I want to accelerate, it can take up the pace swiftly and consistently since the acceleration is smooth and the pedal assist works really well with the throttle. The brakes worked effectively as well; they were real hydraulic disc brakes, much as on a typical bike. We couldn’t test its full limit because there aren’t many outside risky routes in the city where we live. The actual outcome of the experiment was that we were able to go 53 miles using the throttle and pedal assistance. Even though it’s a little less than what the government says, that still pays for one week’s worth of travel.
Suspension and Tires
It is also excellent with regard to certain other sensations, such as the suspension and tires. Middle-class, neither too soft nor too harsh, the suspension under the seat. One random person did make the observation. It could be possible to modify the suspension by moving this bolt; doing so will result in a softer suspension and a little lower seat height. You can discuss it with Happyrun if you wish to try it. The tires may be inflated or deflated slightly to change the contact patch, and they are unquestionably wider and softer than some other bike tires on the market. We evaluated their traction on a city street.
Waterproof
One thing we still want to mention is that, despite Happyrun not providing any information on the IPX waterproof level, there isn’t any issue after the bike has been in the rain for an hour, so we presume this bike still has respectable waterproof capability. Riding it in the rain is still not recommended.
Verdict
As a result of our experience with the Happyrun Tank G60 motorcycle, we can say that it is a really fantastic option for riding on all types of roads and that it will provide you a great riding sensation for both daily commuting and some off-roading. The dual suspension, strong motor, and various other great characteristics. With this bike, you’ll enjoy a varied and comfy ride!
