In August, Keychron unveiled the Lemokey L3 gaming mechanical keyboard, which starts at 908 Yuan ($124). Several e-commerce websites in China are currently selling the keyboard.
Keychron Lemokey L3 Key Features:
With its three connection options—wireless 2.4G, Bluetooth 5.1, and wired—the Lemokey L3 enables users to connect to three devices at once for effective multitasking. The keyboard has a sturdy design and is made of 6063 aluminum. Its CNC-machined body has been polished, anodized, and sandblasted.
Utilizing QMK/VIA software to make key remapping and macro setup easier is one of its unique characteristics. The L3 has a gasket construction to provide gentler keystrokes. The keyboard, which has Kailh Jupiter switches, claims to last up to 80 million keystrokes. With OEM PBT Double-Shot Keycaps, durability is further enhanced. There is also an inbuilt multimedia knob for quick volume and audio changes for user convenience.
Performance-wise, the L3 stands out because to its 1000 Hz polling rate in 2.4 GHz wireless mode. It is noteworthy because it has hot-swappability, which enables users to swap out most 3-pin and 5-pin MX-style switches without soldering.
The game keyboard includes a double-gasket mount design, noted for boosting typing sound and comfort, to increase user comfort. Additionally, it offers customers flexibility over color, saturation, brightness, and effect speed adjustment thanks to its 22 RGB lighting options.
In terms of measurements and weight when built, the keyboard is 401 x 137 mm and weighs around 1976 grams. Performance-wise, it offers 2.4 GHz and wired connections a polling rate of 1000 Hz, while Bluetooth runs at a somewhat slower rate of 90 Hz. With the backlight off and for up to 200 hours at the lowest RGB brightness level, the battery life is outstanding.
Just a few days ago, Keychron released the M3 4K wireless mouse in China for 328 Yuan ($45).
