In India, the eagerly anticipated Xiaomi Pad 6 tablet has finally been unveiled. Xiaomi also revealed the Redmi Buds 4 Active TWS earbuds in the Indian market in addition to the Android tablet. Let’s go into the details of the Buds 4 Active’s features, specifications, price, and availability.
Redmi Buds 4 Active specs & features
The Redmi Buds 4’s 10mm drivers have been upgraded to 12mm drivers in the earbuds, which results in improved audio performance. Notably absent from the Buds 4 Active are the active noise cancelling features present in the regular model.
The Buds 4 Active simply offers environmental noise cancellation, as opposed to the conventional Buds 4 Active’s active noise cancellation, normal, and transparent settings for ambient sound. The Buds 4 has an IPX5 grade for water and dust protection, whereas the Redmi Buds 4 Active has an IPX4 certification for water resistance.
In comparison to its predecessor, the Redmi Buds 4 Active features larger earphones and a more contoured charging cover. With the charging case, the device boasts an astounding total operation time of up to 30 hours, with the earbuds alone offering roughly 5 hours of playback on a single charge.
The Redmi Buds 4 Active also support quick charging, which enables up to 90 minutes of listening time after just 10 minutes of charging. The earbuds provide flawless wireless connectivity with support for Google Fast Pair and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. They also have touch controls, which let users manage music playback, accept or decline calls, and do other actions including turning on low latency mode.
Redmi Buds 4 Active has a 440mAh battery capacity in its case and weighs 42g overall, including the charging case. There are two color choices available: Bass Black and Air White.
