The Huawei Smart Screen V5 Pro, the company’s newest flagship smart TV, will go on sale in China on September 25. On the Chinese social media site Weibo, the announcement was made.
Huawei’s high-end flagship TV line-up, the Smart Screen V series, is packed with high-end capabilities. The V5 Pro is therefore likely to contain all the standout features of its predecessors as well as some new ones.
According to the official poster, the Smart Screen V5 Pro will have cameras above the display and a screen with nearly no bezels. There will be two screen sizes available for the TV, 85 inches and 98 inches, according to Weibo user @kanshanzhushu.
The tagline “giant screen flagship, innovative interaction” is another way Huawei is pushing the TV. This indicates that a TV as large as 98 inches may be feasible. The HarmonyOS, which supports features like Smart Interaction, is also used by Huawei’s TVs. This enables consumers to manage their TVs straight from their smartphones.
Given that it will serve as the brand’s flagship TV in 2023, the Smart Screen V5 Pro is not anticipated to be inexpensive. For comparison, the V85 and V98 TVs in the series have a suggested retail price of 16,999 yuan (about $2,400) and 24,999 yuan (around $3,500), respectively.
